§         Finding the Right Home:  Our most important objective is finding homes that match your search criteria. Prior to viewing the homes we’ve selected for you to consider, we can provide floorplan sketches, school information and tax rates. For our investor’s, we provide rental & expense analyses to determine accurate cash flow projections. We search the local Realtor’s available home’s list each day and provide immediate notice of  newly listed homes.

§         Independent Representation: Obtaining independent real estate agent services (i.e. assistance from an agent who is not listing the home for sale) guarantees you’ll receive objective & unbiased representation. 

PRICING EVALUATION

·         Value Determination: An appraisal of the home you consider purchasing will be provided to ensure you don’t overpay. With over 2,500 hours of  real estate appraisal experience, I’ll assist you in determining a fair value.

LOAN SERVICES

§         Pre-Qualification & Loan Placement Services: Obtain loan pre-qualification before beginning your search. You’ll know your affordability level and strengthen your position when making an offer.

DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE

Know your rights to receive property information from the seller required by disclosure law contained in California Civil Code 1102.

TAX COUNSELING
